Correct me if I'm wrong, but iso9660 is the filesystem for the CDROM extensions
...and you are trying to mount here a floppy? shouldn't you be using ext2,
msdos, vfat,... or any other depending on the floppy filesystem?
mount -t <filesystem_type> /dev/fd0 <mounting_point>
