Yes, I know it violates the TCP spec, but since those packets were really
destined for a CLOSED socket (which doesn't exist), I RST them. The
behavior does not trigger the second patch for sure (I log those cases),
and it can't be the first, since the first causes packets _not_ to be
discarded.
I will try without as soon as I can though. I do believe, however, that
it's a proper bug.
