Hi all, I have a little question:
I have samba set up under RHL5.1 with kernel 2.2.5. Although Win98 machines
on the network can connect to the shared drives, and access them, the
machine does not show up in the network neighbourhood. Only if I search for
the machine, I can find it in Entire Network | Workgroup | Samba Machine,
but it is not added to the list of available machines in Workgroup.
EnablePlainTextPassword is enabled, so thats not the problem I think.
anyone care to shed some light on this ?
