Ok thanks tim,

On the board, it's a PCI btw are:-

No Boot Prom
FB2022 9847 looks like a relay - T1 on the board
CFUS0509-C 9851 - T2 on the board
TA100-05B 9847 - T3 on the board
0080C8-FC8411 - this is a surface mount device..
        Underneath the sticker is RTL8029AS 8A177Q1 846C Taiwan.
MYSON MTD492N 9848 
The card also has BNC and RJ45 connectors on it.
