ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L $EXT_IP www -R $INT_IP www
This is what you want. Redirects traffic to $EXT_IP:www to $INT_IP:www. Then
you need normal IP masquerading to get stuff back from the internal host to
an external one.
