tcpdump behaves erratycially sometimes no my Linux machine(2.2.7)...
# tcpdump host 10.0.3.1
tcpdump: listening on eth1
11:19:57.299579
1 packets received by filter
0 packets dropped by kernel
I know for sure I am sending ~ 5000 UDP packets...which I confirm are
actually reaching this machine by running a sniffer on another machine
in the same subnet..
It does not happen all the time..sometimes it it shows all the 5000
packets sometimes it shows what I show above..why this wierd tcpdump
behaviour..
