As long as you are using Pine V4.x, select S for setup, then L for
Collectionlist. Select A to add a collection. Nickname whatever you
want. Server should be the specified as follows:
fqdn_of_server/user=NTdomain\username\mailboxname. Often the
mailboxname and the username will be the same, but not neccessarily.
You can leave Path out and View should be '*'.
