All IPv6 link-state things, like neighbour discovery, are done with
multicast messages. Where IPv4 used BROADCAST for things like ARP,
IPv6 does Neighbourg Discovery with multicast.
Unless you MUST/WANT run IPv6 at that remote site, don't enable it
at the compilation.
