I have just installed Redhat Linux 5.2 (linux kernel version 2.0.36). I am
facing problems with telnet. I can telnet to other machines. But when I
telnet to my linux m/c from some other machine, I cannot login because it
does not accept the passwd that I enter. But at the console I can login
with the same password without any problems. This happen only when I
telnet from some other machine. I even disabled root password. Even then I
get "Login incorrect" message. I have installed all the networking
packages. what am I doing wrong?
