I think you should include a list of the commands used to setup your
firewall if you want help. But it sounds like you have not enabled
ip-forwarding. You enable that by echoing a '1' to the relevant file in
/proc/. Redhat Linux also has an option to enable forwarding in it's network
configuration files.
