While there is a separate BOOTP package you could install, I recommend
using the ISC DHCP server. I use this for my Lantronix print server
and it works quite well. Plus, if you later decide to use DHCP to
assign addresses to machines with more recent IP stacks, you can do
that too.
The appropriate package from RH 6.0 is called: dhcpcd-1.3.17pl2-1
