Hi Everyone!

I tried IP Masquerading on my Linux 5.2 machine following the steps given
in the IP-Masquerade HOWTO. Some months ago I tried it and it worked fine
then but this time Im facing a strange problem. I have recompiled the
kernel with IP forwarding support (and all the other things mentioned in
the HOWTO - ipautofw, always defragment etc.) but when I reboot my
machine and then check /var/log/messages file there is a line saying

Jul 1 14:26:14 MyHostName kernel: sysctl: ip forwarding off

And then after a couple of other messages and initializing my ethernet
card, it says

Jul 1 14:26:20 MyHostName modprobe: can't locate module binfmt-0
Jul 1 14:26:20 MyHostName modprobe: can't locate module binfmt-0

And obviously the main problem is that when i use this Linux box as a
gateway for my other machine, it doesnt work. The packets are not going
past the linux box!. The forwarding rules are simple

/sbin/ipfwadm -F -p deny
/sbin/ipfwadm -F -a m -S 192.168.0.0/24 -D 0.0.0.0/0

Any help wud be greatly appreciated.
