Any solution ahead ?

Since installing SUSE 6.1 i can no longer build KDE apps from the
source. When running ./configure the config script produces e.g. the
following output:

loading cache ./config.cache

checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking whether make sets ${MAKE}... yes
checking for working aclocal... missing

checking for working makeinfo... found
checking for a C-Compiler...

Whatn's wrong ?

Any help appreciated
