Did you mean the actual machine address of the card? I have tried using
3 ethernet
cards and i don't have any problems with arp request and replies. Just
make it sure
you successfully configured the ethernet cards by ifconfig command.

Can you send the output of a dmesg command after bootup and also the
output
of ifconfig command. I think it can help.
