NAT vs Masquerading ???

So, what are the differences?  Where can I get information on setting up NAT on a linux server?   Someone said that NAT is a many-to-many network address translation where masquerading is one-to-many network address translation.  Does this mean that I can't use Masquerading for more than one system?
