Open back a FTP server

Hi,
        I've done an 'ftpshut now "everybody out... :=p"', which closed my
ftp server : that was what I wanted. But now, I'd like it to work, and I
don't know where to kill this ftpshut effect : rebooting doesn't help it.
        Could someone give me the key ? Thanks a lot...
