Hi all,
There is a strange problem with ppp: the device remains registered even
after the connection has ended. I.e. if the user disconnects and then
reconnects, the new ppp device he is assigned has the same local and
remote ip addresses, thus creating a conflict.
I'm using ppp-2.3.7 and kernel 2.2.10.
The only fix I have now is a script that changes the ip address of the
interface to something bogus.
