I found out that if I put a lot of printk statements in a file (in my case udp.c), linux can not boot. At the very beginning (booting linux...) it gives me the message "Ran out of input data, system halted.". But if I take out the printk statements it boots OK. Anyone seens this before? - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-net" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
