What kind of mirroring are you looking for? If you are looking at high
availability solution thorugh clustering, then mirroring over the Ethernet
might increase the number of points of failures. Would'nt a serial
mirroring service helpsolve a lot of problems, we can use this as a
heartbeat system also. Is there anything like this on the net?
Also if we mirror the /proc and other directories succesfully, would we be
ensuring that the network connections would also be taken over once the IP
address is taken over.
I guess my mail is more of a query related to he previous than an answer
to it.
