I've been searching everywhere on the web for information on how to
allow linux machines to communicate through a MS Proxy 2.0 proxy server.
>From various bits that I have found I gather that MS Proxy works with
socks 4.3, but I have not been able to compile socks on any distribution
that I have tried: Red Hat 6.0, Caldera 2.2, Slackware 3.6. Actually, on
some of these I can compile the library but not the sample utilities.
Socks 5 compiles fine, but I don't think MS Proxy supports it.

Does anyone know whether this can be made to work?

Thanks,
David Meissner
