Not everything has been done!
We need an improved 3c5x9setup.c that activates the cards using PnP, so that
the PnP setting can be turned off.
The same code can be used as a stand-alone PnP activation program for 3c509
cards in PnP mode. The pnpdump and isapnp programs are way too complicated
to use. The stand-alone activation program should work without any user
interaction, and return a status indicating what card type has been found.
