Hi all,

I've had this problem recently, trying to ./configure
and make a proxy ,
an error is prompted : ndbm.h not found !
I am working on a RH 6.0 and no trace can be found of
this ndbm.h file
anywhere. The RedHat site doesn't mention a thing and
the only ndbm.h
available are parts of rpm for RH 4.x and 5.x and the
GnoRPM wouldn't
let me install them - this is mainly the reason why I
am not even
considering doing it manually, btw.
I have since then forgotten about my proxy and found
other ways to do
it. But now as I am trying to install apache 1.3.6, I
get the same
error. It is becoming *very* annoying.

Any hint welcome

tia
