what do u mean by bind..??

Of what I can guess is that u mean that u be able to access either of the
machines from each other..

Here are some options::

1.) Telnet from machine A to machine B and vice versa to access each
other..

2.) If it is files that u want to transfer use ftp..

3.) If u want the two machines to look at a common directory structure and
share files..use NFS..

depends on ur definition of bind...
