Network card drivers for SiS900 chipset

Hi,

I upgraded to the latest kernel 2.2.12 with ne2k-pci module, but my card is
still not detected. I get the error message when i modprobe eth0 "init_module:
Device or resource busy" the command cat /proc/interrupts shows that interrupt
11 is not used. 
Any help?
