You could get the NT box to act as a router, or install a proxy or a
NAT/MASQ firewall for the NT box. If NT is your router or your MASQ/NAT
firewall/router, just set up Linux to see it as the gateway. If you use a
proxy, just configure your Linux software to operate through the proxy.
Judging by where you asked for help, though, I'd have to conclude that you
want to be told to put the second NIC into Linux.
Personally, I'd have to agree that this is a much easier, more secure,
more reliable, more flexible, more cost effective, more everything
solution.
