Time Limit

I have a Linux Box as a gateway and several windows clients.
Windows clients can access outside via IPMasq ....
Windows clients use 192.168.1.x - 192.168.1.5

My problem is .. I want to restrict access only :
 4  hours a day for 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.3
 10 hours a day for 192.168.1.4 - 192.168.1.5


How to configure  linux for this problem
