Yes. For each one, you need a "primary" entry in your named.boot,
pointing at a file. This file needs to have an SOA for the domain, plus
at least one NS record pointing at the name server.

If you want an example, let me know (I run 4 domains from my servers -
Bind 8.1.3 on Redhat 5.1/kernel 2.0.37)
