tcpdump filter

Does anyone know of a filter for tcpdump?  I wanted a program for taking the
command "tcpdump -x" and displaying plain text and hex on one screen!

If there isn't one out there already, does anybody have use for one?  I made
a real quick one because I want to start cracking Microsoft Networking
packets!
