Simple route question

I have been reading on the route subject almost everywhere I could
look.  I still haven't found how to flush all routes from the routing
table at once, or how to remove "network" entries, like these:

route           gw              ...
192.68.1.0      216.206.208.1   ...
192.68.1.0      *               ...

Can someone help me?
