yes, for example there are solutions for doing ppp over tcp or even ober
ssh. But it is not very efficient, since you get the problem that u tunnel a
windowed protocol over a windowed protcol which is worse. IT is better u use
a packet solution (UDP is good if you need to masquerade it) so i would
recommend CIPE or Free S/WAN. You can also use socks, if you setup your
socks server at the remote site.
