Scanning E-Mails for Viruses

Hi

I use a Linux-Box as a Gateway to my ISP and I use it also as a Mailserver
for the internal Organisation.
Is there a way to scan all incoming E-Mails for Viruses ? Is there somewhere
a software running on Linux doing this job ?
Any Information is very appreciated.
