3com 3c905c w/ linux-2.2.12

Hello quick question, hopefully with a quick solution, decided to upgrade my kernel today (couldnt go with 2.2.13 due to sangoma wan card), all went 100% except when it comes time to initialize eth0 (a 3c905c) it worked fine up until this poing with other 2.2.x kernels but i get an error messages as follows wehn i try to initialise it now   /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_always_defrag is missing -- cannot control IP defragmentation   I'm pretty sure its not a kernel compile problem, because i have recompiled several times, starting with my .config from a previous kernel.   Could someone please point me in the direction of a quick and easy resolution.   Many Thanks in advance, Ryan Speed
