Then you'll need to either:

a) configure the 192.168.127.* DNS server to be a secondary DNS server 
for the 10.* network, or

b) copy the configuration from the 10.* DNS server to the
192.168.127.* DNS server.

a) is preferable, but requires that the primary DNS server allows the
secondary DNS server to perform zone transfers from it. b) requires
that you have access to the zone files on the primary DNS server.
