The SMP scheduler in 2.2.12 has not clever heuristics that are harming
performances.
I rewrote the SMP scheduler heuristics in the way I like and that make
sense to me. So can you give a try to my SMP scheduler rewrite and tell me
if it fixes the SMP latency? It's production level quality and well
tested. It's also just included in 2.3.x since some month. It will apply
fine on the top of 2.2.1[0123].

Thanks.
