hi,
>>I want to setup a mail server and webserver that sit behind an ip-masq

it would be the same but diff than with ipfwadm but remember that since
you are masquerading the packets need to be redirected to where they 'will'
eventually end up to.. you might consider the LRP for this as it uses
debian and is very tight designed for this entirely in ram so it is a
speed demon.. there is a program called `ipportfw` there that works like a
charm.. the only down side is that you need to remember to setup you mail
server somewhat differently so it thinks it is the firewalled host..
well hope this helps you:-D
                                                        Regards,
                                                        [EMAIL PROTECTED]

i can't comment on rinetd as i haven't used it although if mem serves there
was a problem with it a while ago with buffer overruns to root :-{}
but could be wrong on that part as it has been a while since i considered
that
animal..
