The "temporary" there is either:
- 400-series errors persisting for 3 days
- connection times out for 3 days
You may also, temporarily, have some '500-series' errors, which
will rather more quickly cause your address to be deleted.
We are seeing problems with people's primary, and/or secondary
MX servers reporting '551 relaying not allowed' when (possibly)
sysadmins have installed new wonderfull non-abusable servers,
but they haven't figured a way to feed in all domains for which
they are supposed to be MX and/or primary system...
(Often hostname is mail.company.com and they are getting email
for domain company.com -- and they reject that address...)
Humans watching things over may, at times, allow such misbehaviour
for a couple of days, but then it is time to remove the troubled
address from *all* VGER's lists.
