Read about port forwarding in your ssh implementation. Basically, you
indicate what local port will be redirected through the encrypted
ssh pipe to the remote ftp destination. Then, the user connects
with any FTP client to localhost (aka 127.0.0.1). It works very well
when you want secure ftp to one site; it's messier if you need to
regularly connect to multiple ftp sites. Also, it requires ssh
login to the site *first*, and then ftp use.
I, too, would like a Win32 scp.
