Most ditribution come with routed..located in /usr/sbin.routed..this
implmements RIP..there are other options like zebra which also provide rip
and additionaly ospf and bgp..

Look at the /etc/rc.d/rc?.d and see if routed is enabled..(if u r using
redhat).

diffserv for Linux is at :
http://icawww1.epfl.ch/linux-diffserv

rsvp has been implemented in linux..there are two versions..look at teh
www.isi.edu/rsvp for the code..
