<SHAMELESS TYPE=PLUG><OFFTOPIC MAGNITUDE=+2>
I am about to release a web based network management system that uses MRTG
and Mon (http://www.kernel.org/software/mon) to provide network
performance monitoring, and network service monitoring, respectivly. If
anybody is interested, drop me a line. Public interest might actually
motivate me to get NetXamine (what I call the thing) released. (I've been
fiddling with it for quite a while, always coming up with "just one more
feature" before I release it.)

Anyway, two of my clients use it instead of OpenView or CA Unicenter.
(Which have FAR too many features for most sites.)
