Guys, when submitting error messages like this, _always_ let us know which
kernel versions you're talking about.
Noone has a chance in the world of guessing what might cause the problem
if we don't know at least the kernel vesion, eventual patches, and some
specifics about the hardware.
I'm not a NIC expert, but I know that the NIC experts on this list won't
even attempt guessing if they don't have at least a minimum of information.
