by doing that we restrict the MinAdvertisementInterval and
MaxAdvertisementInterval  for all the interface to be the same. coz the
transmission interval has to be a random value "between these min and max" 
right?

for eg: on eth0 we have min = 600 and max = 800 and
            on eth1  we have min = 200 and max = 500 secs.

next time out for eth0 shud be in the range 600 - 800 
next time out for eth1 shud be in the range 200 - 500  ??
