Apache-SSL 128 bit questions

How do I generate a 128 bit encryption certificate using Apache-SSL ???

Is the Key and CSR also generated differently for 128 bit ???

Does anyone know what happened to ftp.replay.com ??? This was a good sight
for Apache-SSL RPM's.
