Sounds like you should ask your vendor. I can't believe cobalt dont ship some
kind of firewall tools.
You can't btw block all ICMP. But you can block all ICMP echo packets. You
should also ask your ISP for help and if the attack is causing actual harm
raise it with the relevant legal authorities
