channels.real.com annoyes the hell out of me

My buddy has a LAN that goes thru Masq->Dialup. Since his workstation has
Real Audio player that keeps checking for update every half-hour or so, it
brings up the connection. Can I trash requests to channels.real.com with
ipchains somehow?
