Packet generator for ipv6

Hi,
I am looking for a packet generator for ipv6, that would allow me to set
options such as hop by hop, dest opt, or routing ...
That would really help me a lot.
If you just know an ipv4 packet generator very well documented that
could possibly be ported, let me know.
