It depends upon what you mean by "from a domain".
You can reject packets based upon:
- the various fields in the IP/TCP/UDP headers
- the network interface on which the packet arrived or will be sent.
i.e. you can reject packets based upon their source IP address. You
can specify a domain name to ipchains, in which case it will simply
look up the IP address, and then create a rule which uses the IP
address.
