Network Monitoring...

hi there..

I need to monitor my lan from my linux box, I want to know how much data (in
bytes) goes to a host or comes out.. my boss wants me to give him a report
and also a graph of incoming and outgoing bytes of a host per hour. (I think
there would be a graphical X based tool for doing it).

have you heard of such thing under linux?
