Yes you can do fwmark based routing with the "ip" utility from the iproute2
distribution in combination with a recent kernel which supports "advanced
router". All you need to do is set up an ipchains rule which mathces the
traffic you want to redirect via a different interface and then add a rule
to the routing classes. Of course you need to do that on both sides of the
link.
