Compex RL100 TX PCI

Hi,

I am trying to configure a Compex RL100 TX PCI etherrnet card as a NE2000
PCI card in the kernel but the driver isn't recognising the card. Neither is
the card recognised by RH 6.1 during installation. Help.!!!
The kernel is 2.2.12
