Yes...yes...it so happens that the ingress qdisc is out at that site coming
out of some requirements for diffserv routers...but <b>can</b> be used
otherwise also...

just ignore diffserv...and see if  u can patch the kernel...it has been a
while since I played with this..it should still serve ur purpose..
